In a chapter entitled ‘10 Zingers‘ David gives us ten punchy reminders about what conversation is really about - in the example cited above, its obviously not so much the sound of your own voice as simply listening.
My favourite Zinger? It begins like this: Be interesting, inviting, and interested.
