Pricing in the
Age of Conversation: Ozgur Alaz - marketallica.wordpress.com

“When the pricing considered from this point of view, it arises that in fact the video portals and video producers may define the prices of the cameras as a “viewing number.” Directors may own the cameras free of charge by promising to produce content.”

In a chapter entitled ‘Pricing in the
Age of Conversation
‘ Ozgur outlines the concept of pricing being based on, for example, the number of views a video receives - so that those who produce content might acquire the tools to do help them do so in a new way.

Another example suggested is that a corporation can view, for example Google Adsense dollars as being worth a multiple of their face value, so that one might be able to have more purchasing power if one is capable of generating more content and traffic to that content. Both brand managers and entrepreneurs might benefit from, and build further opportunities upon this new pricing concept.
