AOC2 Author: Christina Kerley (“CK”) - www.ck-blog.com

“Web 2.0 is changing business because now there are new voices in the business process. Why are these voices so important? Because they are devoid of profit motivations, they have more gravity (and hold far more credibility) than well-planned, high-priced ad campaigns.”

Christina’s core point in a chapter entitled ‘Tuning Into the Talk‘ is that the blogosphere is a valuable source of unbiased, wide-ranging feedback.
